Take to the skies in our popular two-seat trial flying lesson from Sywell Aerodrome where you can expect to take the controls of an aircraft under the guidance of an experienced pilot across the Northamptonshire countryside.

Learn the basics of how to fly an aircraft, or simply look out the window taking in the sights. Both our Aero AT-3 aircraft and Robin 2160 aircraft have bubble canopies giving excellent views for the entire flight.

Our AT-3 aircraft are perfect for training and are the work horse of our fleet. Their nimble flight characteristics and bubble canopy make them popular with our students.

Our Robin 2160 is a powerful aircraft that is perfect for cruising with more space and a recently refurbished interior. Perfect for those who want a bit more comfort.

Spectators are welcome to watch on from our office, or enjoy the excellent facilities available at Sywell Aerodrome.

This experience is ideal as a gift, or for someone that just wants to have a go at flying. We have excellent availability and are available on weekdays and weekends all-year round.

The minimum age for this flying experience is 14 and all under-18s must be accompanied by adult. Weight restrictions may apply, so please get in contact with us if you have any worries.

Our flights are subject to weather conditions, so we suggest calling ahead on the day of your flight to confirm that it is going ahead. We always try to give as much notice as we can.
